How do I fix my Xbox network captures

I'm trying to delete my captures from the Xbox network but upon refreshing they reappear and when look at my Xbox network storage the number goes down to the negatives each time. I've tried restarting my Xbox, power cycling, selecting all clips or deleting them one by one and nothing has worked.

Thanks for trying that out.

You can also try this.

Please Go to Settings:

> Network

> Network Settings

> Advanced Settings.

Select the alternate MAC address and then select delete/clear.

You must restart the console for the change to take effect.

And please do this:

Set DNS manually. To manually configure DNS settings, follow the steps below:

1.- Go to Settings

2.- Select Network

3.- Select Network Settings

4.- Select Advanced network settings.

5.- Go to DNS Servers, set it to Manual> enter 8.8.8.8 in the 'Primary' field and 8.8.4.4 in 'Secondary'

Used my mobile hotspot and still have the same issue. Nothing has been fixed

Sorry to hear that. Can you try using a different network just to check if that helps? Like using your mobile data as hotspot perhaps.

Thanks for the response, I've tried and sadly I'm still left with the same old captures that I'm still unable to delete
