  1. How do I fix my xbox app and microsoft store app Windows 11?

I have purchased Game Pass on both accounts that I have through xbox/microsoft, and when I try to download the xbox app to use this, I am met with an error message in the top of the app that says "We couldn't sign into your Microsoft account, There seems to be a problem with your Store account." It gives me the option to Fix Now or x out of the error. When I press Fix Now, nothing happens but the error disappears, so I click Sign In in the top left, hit the Sign In button in the menu, and it appears to try to automatically sign me into an account as some xbox app attempts to open for about a second before the same error in the top of the xbox app reappears.

I have tried to sign into each account on the Xbox website beforehand, no effect. I have tried to go through the Microsoft Store, but that application doesn't even appear to respond when I press the sign in button.

After restarting my PC numerous times, I tried unlinking both my Store account and regular Microsoft account from this PC, still no effect. I am lost for what to do at this point outside of reformatting my PC overnight and reinstalling everything, this is beyond frustrating.

    :)

Error on install xbox app with error Code: 0x80D0681A

    Hi, Teerachai!

    Thank you for the update.

Kindly run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Windows 11 has a built-in troubleshooter for fixing Microsoft Store app issues. Here's how to run it:

    Open Settings (Windows + I).

Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Find and click on Windows Store Apps under Most frequent.

Click Run and follow the on-screen instructions.

Next is to sign in to the Microsoft Store. Please ensure that you are signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same account you use to install the Xbox app.

    Open Microsoft Store.

Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Once signed in, search for the Xbox app in the Microsoft Store and try installing it again.

Then kindly clear the Microsoft Store and Xbox App Data. Open Settings (Windows + I).

Go to Apps > Installed Apps.

Scroll down to find Microsoft Store and Xbox App.

Click on Microsoft Store, then click Advanced options. Choose Reset.

Do the same for the Xbox app by selecting Advanced options and then Reset.

After resetting both apps, restart your PC and try installing the Xbox app again.

After that is to manually Install the Xbox App. To do this, please visit the Xbox App page on the Microsoft Store.

If you're prompted to open the Microsoft Store, ensure that you're logged in with the correct Microsoft account.

Windows 11 Xbox game pass app tells me i need to install xbox game pass services and then fails when i attempt to install.

Hello Ryan N, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

If you're experiencing issues with installing the Xbox Game Pass app on Windows 11 and encountering errors when attempting to install the Xbox Game Pass services, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check for Windows updates: Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date. Microsoft frequently releases updates that include bug fixes and improvements. To check for updates, go to Settings > Windows Update and click on "Check for updates."

Clear Windows Store cache: Sometimes, issues with the Windows Store cache can interfere with app installations. You can try clearing the Windows Store cache by following these steps:

    1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter.
    3. The Microsoft Store will open, and the cache will be cleared. Try installing the Xbox Game Pass app again.

Reset the Microsoft Store: If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, you can try resetting the Microsoft Store with the following steps:

    1. Open the Settings app and go to Apps > Apps & features.
    2. Scroll down and locate the Microsoft Store entry.
    3. Click on the Microsoft Store entry and select "Advanced options."
    4. Scroll down and click on the "Reset" button.
    5. Restart your computer and try installing the Xbox Game Pass app again.

Check Windows Store and Xbox app permissions: Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to install apps and access the Microsoft Store. Go to Settings > Privacy > App permissions, and ensure that the necessary permissions are enabled for Windows Store and Xbox app.

Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter: Windows 11 includes a built-in troubleshooter for resolving issues with Windows Store apps. You can try running the troubleshooter to identify and fix any potential problems. To access the troubleshooter, go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Look for "Windows Store Apps" and run the troubleshooter.

    Best regards.

I'm trying to download Forza Horizon 5 but the download won't pass the "Processing 0%" phase

    Problem fixed.

I was going to try to download from the Microsoft Store like you said but apparently in Windows 11 games can only be downloaded from the Xbox App, I don't really know how that works, so I tried to uninstall the Xbox App because I thought that with the Xbox App it would appear a option for me to download it through the Store but I couldn't installed through the Store so I just downloaded the Xbox App again and now I have my download at 73% it was somehow hidden.

Just needed to uninstall and install the Xbox App after all.
