    So I've got a Xbox 360 E some years ago, and I noticed the fan does not work. It lead to overheating and freezing but no shutdown and no error.

    All Xbox consoles are designed to ventilate air to keep them at an optimal temperature during use. If your fans are not working or if your console is no longer turning on, I am afraid you may need to get it repaired as last resort.     When the console restarts do you see a message about overheating and ventilation?

    Check the ventilation holes for dust accumulation and clean them.

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2
