    How do I fix my unresponsive Xbox Series S controller?


    I only just got this xbox less than a month ago (christmas present) and today my friend downloaded Tubi so we could watch a movie and the second the movie started, my controller became unresponsive. I deleted Tubi using my xbox app on my phone. I tried resetting the controller, I tried completely disconnecting it from the console itself, I tried taking the batteries out and putting them back in (and I know the batteries aren’t dead/dying), and at this point I don’t know what to do. It turns on just fine, it turns the console on just fine, but once it’s on, it doesn’t matter what buttons I press, nothing happens. What do I do?

    Xbox Series X Hardware Issue

    My controller started doing that (Series S) and was unresponsive (console never shut off, though) and I replaced the batteries and unplugged everything from the wall for a few seconds and restarted using the controller and I haven't had an issue since

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

    I have an Xbox 1 s and a wired headset but my controller is a series s controller. I have tried with a different controller which is an Xbox 1 controller and it fixed the problem. However that isn’t my controller so I still have the same problem.
