How do I fix my two usernames glitch?

Please, verify if you own the Xbox Series version of the game.

You can try installing it from the website:

If you can't, double-check it in your transaction history:

If in your transaction history it says you own the Cross-Gen Bundle, and you still can't install it, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

No one knows how to fix these glitched achievements. It's Microsoft's cloud servers that are at fault. I have three glitched achievements on two different games.

To do that, I am afraid you would need to have a paid gamertag change on https://social.xbox.com/ChangeGamerTag and change your gamertag which will require you to enter only 12 characters. After you have selected an available gamertag, on the next step, there's an option to customize your gamertag from the old system. You can change it from there or just leave it as is to match with your main gamertag.
