I completed the mwII campaign last night then when I got this morning I saw the achievement had been revoked

When you say “revoked” do you mean that the achievements appears as locked again?
If yes, did you unlocked these achievements with the console connected to the internet?

By delete all updates do you mean delete them for my modern warefare 2 or all updates in general
