How do I fix my screenshot so that they upload

You may have reached your max screenshots on xbox. You have to delete some screenshors then try again

Hi Aero A! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

It is a pleasure to write to you today and try to help you in any way possible, I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem uploading screenshots to the Xbox network. With the intention of helping you, there are 2 things that you should keep in mind and they could be causing this problem:

1. Delete Mac Address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Delete it and the console should reboot.
2. Delete local saved games: Settings > System > Delete local saved games > reboot.

If this doesn't work, you can try resetting the console to factory settings by saving the data and applications:

1. Press the Xbox Button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information.
3. Select Reset console.
4. On the Reset console? screen. You will see three options, and you must select the one that says Reset and keep my games and apps.

After selecting one of the options, the Xbox console will begin the process of erasing the selected content and will reset to default settings. You just have to remember your credentials to log in again.

Hi. I am unable to to use that link to report my issue. I have the same issue as the person above. Could you please advise me as to how I should go about fixing my realm feed so that I may upload my screenshots. Thank you.

I would like to know this as well. I took a screenshot of the status screen at the end of level 1 yesterday afternoon and the screenshot was taken down overnight and I got an email that it was inappropriate. I was only taking the
screenshot to know how many collectibles are in the game for reference purposes. The strange part about this is that there is another screenshot of a status screen on the upload list from another user and it has not been taken down - it's basically the same
exact screenshot that I took.

I'm planning to write a walkthrough for Agony for a site that I work for and use my Xbox One to take screenshots, but I don't know if I'll be able to do so without getting hit with bans. I use my Xbox all the time for taking screenshots
for guides and this is the first time I've had this sort of a problem. Is there some way that I can stop the pic upload to Xbox Live? The pic of mine that was taken down is still on my console, so if I can avoid the upload to Xbox Live, it will solve the
problem.

I tried uploading screenshots with a different account on my Xbox One and it works fine so it seems like there is an issue with my account. I do not think this is a storage limit issue as my account still can upload new game clips with no problems and I
have deleted a few screenshots from Xbox Live but still I am not able to upload any new screenshots I made to Xbox Live.

I am at a loss on what could be causing this issue here.
