    how do i fix my minecraft multiplayer mode


    My minecraft multiplayer is disabled and even after enabling 'You can join multiplayer games' it still wont allow me to hop on multiplayer and still ask me to allow it in the settings. I have allowed everything in the xbox and windows 10 devices online safety but whenever I start my minecraft, the messege will still pop up saying that I haven't enabled it yet

    I see, thanks for confirming!

    If multiplayer is working on Bedrock then your multiplayer setting is already okay, the changes you made is just not synced yet on Java. How long has it been since you changed your setting?

    Please try this:

    -Go to Settings > Apps > Minecraft Launcher > Advanced options > Repair and reset.

    -Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

    After you do both, please restart your PC. Then check if multiplayer is still blocked on Java.

    I tried both versions, and also signing in and out of the account, the current problem is only with the java edition, my bedrock version seems to be working fine and is able to access multiplayer servers, while my java version still asks me to enable multiplayer in my microsoft account setting.
