As simple as this. A simple reboot can fix many things.
Press the Home button on the taskbar, type settings, and select Settings.
In Windows 10, select Update & security. In Windows 11, select Windows Update.

On the Windows Update tab, select Check for updates to see if updates are available for your device.
After downloading the updates, select Install now to start the installation.

After installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates are applied.

Hello Atrayne06, when it says that the sound keeps going of your console out, would that be on your television, or on some sound system that the Xbox is connected to?

Does this happen with all games and in the console menu, or just with some specific game?

What model would your Xbox be?

Have you tried any procedures in the console, whether it's rem regarding the system as a cache cleanup or resetting the console?

Having the same issue, Xbox app keeps telling me I need to update Gaming Services but everytime it tries it says there is an error. But none of the fixes on Xbox or Microsoft support work, if its not fixed soon just gonna cancel Game Pass, no point in paying for something that won't work and they won't fix.
