    How do I fix my game?


    Hi I’ve been trying to reinstall Battlefield 2042 (disk) on my Xbox one s and whenever it tries to install it stops immediately.

    When I click on the file it says “the item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt.Try uninstalling it the reinstalling it.(080070570)” . I have tried this several times and it doesn’t work.

    I’ve also deleted save data and tried it, restarted my console and I don’t know what to do to fix the problem.

    It’s an Xbox One and the game is Jojo’s bizarre adventure all star battle r. I would’ve just gotten it on digital but my card wasn’t working with the store on the console.

    Are you able to install or play other game discs?

    You can try installing the game offline as advised here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/... or you can insert the disc then use Xbox app or go to Xbox store to install the game remotely. Just make sure that remote features are already enabled. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features. Check the box to enable remote features and for Power options, select Sleep mode.
