do I look to know how is my network is a DoubleNAT because we have a google wifi connected to our old fios wifi router box can that be why the DoubleNAT is detected

But as suggested by @{Parity} the best option is to disable it on verizon network hardware. If don't know how to do, a simple bing search with model of your router or in Verizon site you'll find the instructions.

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried putting your xbox in front of your routers firewall? Thats what i always have to do. Every router is differnt but there should be a setting to allow you to disable the firewall for your xbox.
