How do i fix my currently playing game display on my profile?

Try deleting your account´s cache

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.

4. Close.

Power Cycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

How come when I try to sign into Xbox live on modern warfare 3 it says your current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live, how do I fix this

Hi. I have been hearing about this issue a lot lately so you're not alone. I thin it will be fixed, but you jut have to wait it out. You can call support if you want to see if they can help. 1-800-4-MY-XBOX

The XboxSupport Twitter account has gone on record saying it should work itself out in time and could be just a glitch in the system. See for example this tweet here. Though it's about a labeled cheater account, the same should apply to you.

I tested to see if dying light 2 would work and it downloaded idk why the other game isnt
