    How do I fix my call of duty black ops 3 online services


    I bought and downloaded Call of Duty black ops 3 on july 14th 2023 and it will not let me connect to online services. It just comes up with an error code:

    Hey man I tried what he said and it didn't work too. I called xbox support and they went through a bunch of stuff with me until they eventually told me to just factory reset my Xbox but keep the games. Go to settings > system > console info > reset console. it's gonna ssk you if you wanna delete everyhting or keep all your apps and games. press keep all ur apps and games. it'll reset your Xbox to factory and erase all the account but kwwp every game and app you have download and all ur saves will be fine

    It worked for me I'm not sure if it'll work for you but it never hurts to try
