How do I fix my Black Ops dlc?

Based on the description, you are having issue with DLC Escalation Pack En 2 which some of the contents are not working. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

If we may ask, did you download the 4 multiplayer maps namely:

• "Hotel", set on the roof of a luxury hotel & casino in old Havana
  
• - "Convoy", which delivers intense, close-quarters combat near an ambushed US military convoy
  
• - "Zoo", set in an abandoned Soviet Russian Zoo
  
• - "Stockpile", set in a remote Russian farm town housing secret WMDs
  

For the meantime, make sure that you have installed the entire Escalation Pack, not just the "Call of the Dead" map. The pack contains 4 multiplayer maps in addition to the single-player "Call of the Dead" zombie map.



On the other hand, you can try reinstalling the DLC.

Yeah, so no new Black Ops DLC until they fix it.

File a complaint and Xbox WILL do something it is up to the developers to do something to fix this but they are very occupied with the new DLC for black ops so they have other priorities at the moment but i agree this issue needs to be addressed
