This happened to me as well but if you were able to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and check that these settings are set to "allow" or "everyone"

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Then we may need to try the Xbox Live Gold subscription, MLG.

I don’t have gold, but that’s not why it’s saying I can’t play online. It says it’s my setting, but what the hell, ig I’ll try it. Still doesn’t explain why I couldn’t buy the Xbox using my main account tho.
