How do I fix Mortal Kombat 11?

Hello,

I’m looking to resolve an issue I had since summer. I bought mortal kombat 11 ultimate at a Best Buy near my hometown and it was running fine (this was early 2021 covid days) I recently got my Xbox from my cousin after a few years and I wanted to play mk11 but it’s not reading my disc it’s in mint condition, however, my DLC Disc isn’t but it gets read just fine my questions to the community is this. How do I fix it? Also I want to add it will play sometimes if I spam the “A” button on my controller but won’t read the disc.

It is only Mortal Kombat 11 as far as I'm aware.

But can you explain to me how I do that?

Do you get an error message when you try to buy Mortal Kombat 11 (I assume you meant Mortal Kombat when you said "Deadly Kombat 11")?

Or what exactly prevents you from buying the game?

The Mortal Kombat 11 beta will allow players who pre-order to access an early sample of Mortal Kombat 11 before the game launches. The beta for Mortal Kombat 11 will only be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro,

The problem can be caused by a hard drive incorrectly installed. You can check the correct installation to add or remove an Xbox 360 hard drive.
