    how do i fix Minecraft dungeons "unable to verify ownership" issue


    Hello, i am currently dealing with this problem as i tried every way of fixing this but it still hasn't worked, the app refuses to do anything accept display the text "unable to verify game ownership" i try to click "try again" and it doesn't work i know minecraft dungeons is a bit of an old game but please i need help fixing this

    The “Unable to verify game ownership” error usually means the game isn’t detecting a valid license.

    Please try these steps:

    1) Check the game ownership. Make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account that owns the game. Please click here to check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    2) Sign in with the same account on the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store. Open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates.

    3) Repair and then Reset the App. Go to Settings > Apps > Minecraft Dungeons > Advanced Options > try Repair, then Reset.

    4) Uninstall and reinstall from the Xbox app or Microsoft Store.

    Unable To Verify Game Ownership Minecraft Dungeons not fixed

    I think the problem caused by the same external IP address.

    We are playing Minecraft Dungeon on 2 different laptops with our own XBOX accounts, but one source of internet.

    Whenever we play the game, this will pop out, HOWEVER, if one of us uses VPN, no problems occurred.

    This is something Microsoft/Mojang should check and update on the next patch.
