    How do I fix Minecraft Dungeons telling me it couldn't verify I own the game.


    So I own Minecraft Dungeons, my xbox app, microsoft store, and minecraft launcher, are all on the exact same account. For whatever reason it doesn't let me play the game and whenever I open the game it just tells me it couldn't verify that I own it. The only thing I can think of that could possibly have somehow affected this is that I bought the game when my Microsoft account was located in Canada but now it's located in the US and I only changed it just today.

    I can't download minecraft dungeons. error 0x80073CF3

    This morning I bought Xbox Game Pass for PC and I tried to download Minecraft Dungeons. When I try to download the game the store tells me there is an error (0x80073CF3). I can download every single game from the store except minecraft dungeons. How can i fix that? Thank you.

    The “Unable to verify game ownership” error usually means the game isn’t detecting a valid license.

    Please try these steps:

    1) Check the game ownership. Make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account that owns the game. Please click here to check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    2) Sign in with the same account on the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store. Open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates.

    3) Repair and then Reset the App. Go to Settings > Apps > Minecraft Dungeons > Advanced Options > try Repair, then Reset.

    4) Uninstall and reinstall from the Xbox app or Microsoft Store.
