    I have been having this exact same problem with my friends world on PlayStation, every time I try and join it says connection timed out, my friend and I have both uninstalled our games and re installed them but still nothing works.

    Also our friends that are not on PlayStation can join perfectly fine

    Hello Jan,

    Nilay here and I'm glad to answer your query today.

    The easiest solution is to reinstall Minecraft, but if this doesn't do the trick, you can reset the Microsoft Store. Press the “Windows key + R” combination. Type “WSReset” in the “Open:” box, then click “OK” or press “Enter.” Reopen the “Minecraft Launcher.”

    Alternatively you can follow this https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/6662588435597-Minecraft-Launcher-Troubleshooting-FAQ- link and troubleshooting guide there to get the fix.
