How do I fix language in the Xbox Windows app?

I've managed to fix the issue by changing the disaplay language in Windows to English (US) and Preferred Language set English (US) to the first place. Not sure how it's connected to XBOX, but it helped.

Try with changing your location/region in your console and PC to make them match.

If not, visit your MS account and check if the language/region is settled for Russia/Russian.

If not, try deleting the game, and reinstalling it from the UA MS Store.
