    Hi my sons Xbox one will not load. It comes up with the green screen with the Xbox logo then goes blank. What can I do to fix it? Can it be fixed?

    How do I fix this?

    When Xbox Live was new, they did not allow people to use gmail to create an account. A few years later when they did allow it, I tried to add my gmail to my existing account, but it created a new gamertag. I recently deleted this gamertag, but can't figure
    out how to add my gmail to my original gamertag. Currently it requires me to sign in using a hotmail email. This has caused problems signing into EA Origins when I play games like Dragon Age. Somehow my Origin account is not linked with my Xbox Live gamertag,
    and when I sign into Origin, it tries to use the deleted gamertag & asks me to choose a new gamer id for Origin. If I type my current Origin gamer id, it says its already taken. I believe my current gamer id is tied to a previous hotmail account that I haven't
    accessed in nearly a decade, & is probably no longer functioning. I spent two hours yesterday chatting online with an Xbox Live support person, and an EA Origin's support person. In addition, I tried to recover the old hotmail account & just got sent down
    a rabbit hole. How do I fix this? I just want to sign into the Dragon Age servers with my current gamertag and EA Origin's gamer id. I've done it before when I played Mass Effect. I just can't figure out why it's not working right now.

    How do i fix this?

    I was using google chrome when i first tried it then i tired it again with safari and the same thing happened. All i want to do is Manage Payment Options but its not letting me.

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2

    Please check our

    Xbox Live Status.     Currently there is a known issue for Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account. On the site, please click Notify Me when signed into the account and it will ask for a 10 digit phone number. It will announce
    when the service is back up and running.
