    How do I fix error code (0x80070570) for my Rainbow Six Seige


    Ive had seige for a while and have played if for a while, but it suddenly stopped working one day and would just crash 5 min into the game. Then months later It started working again after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. Then it says update needed. Updates. Go’s to play and it says “The item you’re trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it. (0x80070570).” So thats what i do but it keeps telling me installation stopped and the same message. Keep in mind it was on disc first. Then i figured that was my problem. So my friend bought me R6 digitally . And same thing. Then my other friend gave me R6 disc. Same thing. It’s definitely probably my janky xbox, but i really dont wanna buy a new one but how do i fix it

    Hello Jacob! I'm Nicolas an Indepent advisor i will try my best to help you with your issue.

    If the error keeps happening after a lot of reinstalls, you should try to soft factory reset, which allows you to reset the data of the console but doesn't erase everything of the games and apps.

    I don't know which console exactly do you use but if you follow this:

    System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console

    It should appear the option of "Keep the games and apps"
