how do I fix error code 0x8007041d

I'm sorry for the issue you're experiencing. Indeed, the error seems to be related to a missed update.

Even though it might seem obvious, as first it's always best to ensure that our PC and all drivers are up to date. The same goes for the Xbox app and the Game Services.

To update Xbox app and Game services

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
Select Library.
Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

If ther's no update, or if you can't update your app, you should try to remove and reinstall Gaming services.

To do this you must press the Start button on the taskbar,
type 'powershell,'
right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select 'Run as administrator.'

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select 'Yes' when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device.

If you continue to encounter this error even after reinstalling the Game Services, it's likely that a Windows reset or a clean installation may be necessary.

i havent restarted my xbox just yet because im trying to look for all the errors but so far ive got error 0x8027025a and error 0x8007041d which dont apear when i search them up on the xbox website

2. What changes to your PC prior to this issue?

3. What is the make and model of your device?

These steps can help you, give it a try.
Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.
3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.
