How do i fix error code 0x8007003B on my xbox account?

Hi Rodrigo, i tried changing the port selection to manual and followed the steps given but i am still getting the error code when i try to sign in. Is there anything else i could try?

Please, try changing the Port Selection on the connection settings, from automatic to manual.

Go to Profile and System > Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings> Alternate Port Selection > Manual > Choose any from the Menu starting with a 4 or 5 (Example: 49215 or 57165).

Please update your Microsoft account security settings because your account was marked inactive, some security details or passwords are already out‑of‑date in Microsoft’s system. To do this, please go to https://account.microsoft.com>; Security> Advanced Security options.

From there, please update your security information by adding a working email address and a phone number too.

After that one, proceed with changing your account password at https://account.microsoft.com>; Security> Change my password.

Once done, kindly perform a full power cycle on your device by turning it off and then unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it for 2 minutes then plug all cables back in. Turn it on afterwards.

Please test it out and sign in to your account.
