How do I fix Error 0x83860012?

Got a new series X the otherday been playing mainly online only games with friends while my singleplayer games download, once I decide I wanted to play a game with offline capabilities I was met with the longest attempt at syncing I have ever experience and once it got to 99% it hit me with an error code, this error code 0x83860012, I've got no idea what to do, I found a post from xbox one era and followed the instructions people had offered there but have had no success, the suggestions where to delete local save data and then restart the xbox, aswell as reinstall the game, nothing has worked and at this point I'm pretty bummed that my new xbox doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Still getting the same error.

The game has managed to sync and now I'm waiting for my other games to download before I can verify if they can also sync or not, currently though the games on my console are working and have synced so I think everything is good, cheers.

Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox One until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox One.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox One to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.
