How do i fix error 0x82d40004 Xbox one

Xbox One won’t read games. For some reason i’m getting this error with gta V, thing always says “We need that to read the license” but the disc ain’t even scratched or dirty. I’ve tried many methods on how to fix this issue, cleaning my disc many times, methods that are available on internet, repairing the whole console, restarting the console, updating the game, and even tried uninstalling the game where another issue comes. i can’t reinstall it back, i can’t find the game in my library or anything it’s js gone but i’ve still got the disc. i swear i tried everything but nothing worked.
