Thank you for your response. I just tried all 4 of those suggestions, and still does not work.

As for the troubleshooting I have done, it can all be found in the xbox support app on xbox. There --> Get help-->troubleshooters-->troubleshoot game issues on xbox i have done all 7 suggestions(checking for known issues, restarting the game, power cycle my console, tested my network connection, tried using a different profile, removed and readded my own, and cleared local saved date and resynced). Yet it still gives me the error. I looked suggestions up on google, and it just gives me the same stuff

2. Reset console to factory defaults by keeping apps and games:

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.
  
• On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options: Select Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your first choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games and apps.
