How do I fix Disney+ saying it's installing when it's not?

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

When i try to install the data pack 2 it says installation stopped how do i fix this?

It seems like Disney has opted to use the Redstar streaming service, so we have "Disney", but it's not really Disney. It's Redstar, streaming Disney content.

It's mind boggling how Netflix and Amazon can offer a great Windows 10 app, but South Africans are blocked from installing the official Disney app

I've had exactly the same, did you manage to resolve?

What I did to resolve it was simply by doing a factory reset but keeping the games and apps and all I had to do was sign my account back in and my games were fine.
