How do I fix connecting to party glitch

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues connecting to parties on your Xbox Series X. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:



1. Check for Xbox Live service alerts

Sometimes, Xbox Live may experience service disruptions that can affect party chat. You can check the Xbox Live status page to see if there are any known issues.



2. Restart your Xbox

Try restarting your Xbox Series X by holding down the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off, then turn it back on and try joining a party again.



3. Check your network connection

Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your network connection is stable. You can try resetting your modem/router or connecting your Xbox directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable to see if that helps.



4. Clear your Xbox cache

Clearing your Xbox cache can sometimes help resolve connectivity issues. To do this, go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.



If the issue still persists, try to reset your console.

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
   
2. Select Reset console.
   
3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:
   
   • Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all installed content will be deleted. Use this option when selling or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.
     
   • Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.
     
   • Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the Cancel button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.

You can try installing it from the website:

If you can't, double-check it in your transaction history:

Sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?period=AllTime&type=All

If in your transaction history it says you own the Cross-Gen Bundle, and you still can't install it, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Update: Ibrought my Original Xbox and connected to the router, it worked fine with the 360, no problems. However I'm unable to connect the Xbox One to it. So I need help on how to clear cache/ fix this bug/glitch/problem. Please guys, how do I fix the
