How do I fix COD Black Ops 6 DirectX crash??

My COD Black Ops 6 keeps crashing with a DirextX error, using Battle.net, and I have tried everything. It crashes without me even starting a game. I just paid £70 for this game and I can't even play it!!!

I understand how frustrating this issue can be. Especially since you just spent that money on the game. I'd like to help you find a solution.

Can you attach an image of the DirectX error message?

Does Battle.net crash when you try to launch the game or does it just crash before you even get that far?

Personally, I like COD Black Ops III and haven't played Rainbow 6: Siege yet.

mw2 about #5 or #6 on my list. I do however enjoy it over mw3 and have been playing it recently. But cod 4 takes the cake or trophy in my opinion, then cod 3 and black ops.
