Hello, I have followed the steps and I still have the same problem. The steps I have taken so far to fix this issue is making sure I have completed all windows updates through settings. I have deleted and reinstalled xbox app multiple times through the microsoft store and online. I have also repaired and reset the xbox app through the app settings.

I am pretty sure this is all I have done to resolve this issue so far.

This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.

You may be able to do it via the Xbox app on PC as you can stream the game to the app and your able to record to the PC via the Xbox app you can also record your voice this way too.
