How do I fix add new after factory reset

Hi Fishay F! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

We're sorry you can't add your account to the console again. Continue by powering off and unplugging the console, unplugging the network hardware, and turning off both devices for approximately 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, reboot the network hardware and wait for the service to resume. Once the service is restored, restart the console and try again.

how do i fix this error without having to factory reset

Thanks. An update. After reconnecting to the Wi-Fi I managed to get to the screen where it allowed me to input my email address and password it loaded for a long time but now it seems to be working. I don't know what changed but thank you for helping
