How do I fix a communication ban on my account?

I had just been communicating banned for no reason. The 3 people that had reported me where in a group together on rainbow six siege. They team killed me and my mate and I sent them a message saying really mate. They swore at me and through voice message and what not I reported them for coms. And they sent me 10 party invs each. I know I sound like I’m having a cry but it’s annoying when they did alot worse then me and I get a com ban for legit doing nothing wrong. Hell I didn’t even swear at them.

Just a friendly reminder that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. I’m sorry but the reason and all details are only available on your end.

The only best option is to file a case review if your account is eligible. Here's how:

Sign in and visit the Enforcement history page.

Note If you’re a member of an Xbox family group, an organizer in your family group must sign in to their Microsoft account to review your enforcement details before they can submit a case review on your behalf.

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Viewing enforcement history for. Under Enforcement history or Active suspensions you may find active enforcements for your account, or one that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

as a player, you can only inform, but microsoft banishes them through an employee, and in general they do not revoke this type of punishment, but you can consult here how to proceed.

Support has nothing at all to do with enforcement actions so it would be a waste of time to contact them about this.
