How do I fix a broken Fortnite DLC redemption on XBOX

I recently bought a DLC giftcard for the Fortnite Untask'd Courier pack, anyway, the code worked fine and I redeemed it. But last year my Fortnite account was hacked and completely unlinked from everything, at the time back then I had opened Fortnite on my XBOX and it had just linked a new Epic account and I thought whatever about it as I had switched to PC anyway and could access stuff from my PC. I just bought this card and it was for XBOX and I booted up Fortnite and I was still logged in to this burner account that had just been put there and the DLC instantly automatically redeemed itself on THAT epic account instead of my actual one. I now just have an empty Fortnite account with zero friends, zero playtime, zero skins etc that has that on. After this I did some research and found out I can get my actual Epic account on the XBOX account, which I DID. By registering the XBOX account an epic one and then just unlinking the XBOX account from it and relinking it to my actual Epic account. After doing this I booted up Fortnite expecting the DLC to be switched over because the other account had obviously been deleted but the DLC was not there. Also, even if I wanted to rebuy the DLC, I can't as it was redeemed on my actual XBOX account so when I go to the store or try to click the in-game prompt to buy it it just gives me an error and in the Microsoft store it says I already own it also. I contacted Epic Support and had absolutely zero response at all and I was hoping to come here to see if anyone knows anything. If the code use can be reverted or something and then reused then that would work or something but I don't even know. Someone please help ASAP.

I'm sorry that you are going through this, dear, but I remind you that once you redeem the code in an account, what you acquired will stay in that account, it is not transferable, friend, it is always important to check every time before making a transaction, dear, check that it is the correct account, I'm really sorry but you cannot transfer what you have already redeemed in one account to another, it is not allowed in the policies, this is the information that I handle as an independent advisor, dear, very lucky to have another question, I will be here!

Hi, I already redeemed the actual DLC. However, when I opened Fortnite it put the DLC on the wrong account as my XBOX account was already linked to a different burner Epic account that I wasn't using and all the items got put onto that account, this was a mistake though as I didn't expect that to be the account linked and I unlinked the account from my XBOX and linked my actual account but the items didn't transfer over..

the new broken dlc will contain the fixes for the old broken dlc , fixing the old dlc and leaving us with a broken new one to play.....and so on and so forth until we run out of hard drive space and need another 250gb
