How do I fix a black screen after trying to start up mw2 campaign?

My Xbox one started going black after the beginning load up screen. It will only play Somme games now. I believe Xbox has gone to junk with the Xbox one! How do I fix this?

He is what happened. I put Black OPS into my 360. Started up like it always does. Before it got to the screen to select "Campaign, Multiplayer" I got the "Disconnected from Xbox Live". Then the download screen came up and said "Please wait while update is
applied"

After which Black OPS goes directly to the multiplayer screen. Now if I try playing Black OPS or go back to the Dashboard. I get disconnected from Xbox Live.

I'm on a Slim and I'm having this lock up/black screen problem - happens every time after trying to resume my campaign and only started happening after installing the Karkand update. NO game has ever locked up on me before. Really disappointed - I don't
have time to be trying to hunt down solutions.

A few days ago my xbox froze up suddenly so I tried to switch it off and on again, only it wouldn't start up once I switched it on. After switching on the xbox, it displays the green startup screen for about
10 minutes, after that its just a black screen in which I cannot do anything. After another 10 minutes it will let me bring up the menu but nothing else l. If I try to click on home or any game, it just takes me back to that black screen. I've tried turning
it off and on and leaving it on that black screen for hours, but it still doesn't load anything, not even the home. How do I fix?

I have been experiencing the same problems, black screen after start up. Halo froze went back to dashboard and couldn't do anything from there. Did a hard reset and only get a black screen after start up.
