How do I find which microsoft account is linked to Playstation network for Minecraft?

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Unfortunately, a Minecraft account can only be linked with one PlayStation account, and Microsoft account. Thus, once it has been linked to a PlayStation account, you are unable to link it with another, sadly. More information about this can be found here: Minecraft for PlayStation® FAQ – Home

In terms of finding out which account it has been linked to, I can't find any information about this. However, I did find this article here: PlayStation® Technical Support FAQ – Home (minecraft.net)

Which states that if you think your accounts have been linked incorrectly, to contact Minecraft support.

If you believe that your Microsoft account or PlayStation™ Network account have been linked incorrectly, contact Minecraft support.

So unfortunately, you would need to reach out to Minecraft about this. If you do get passed to Xbox support again, please try quoting that article.

For your description of your problem with linking Microsoft accounts on Sony's Playstation reporting an error, have you played minecraft on the Playstation before or linked another account, if so, you can follow your method below:

Although I'm using the same psn account I linked my Microsoft account on and I have the same account linked to normal Minecraft but Minecraft Dungeons doesn't login

Microsoft owns Minecraft. Therefore, a Microsoft account is required to play the game.

If you want to play with friends on different platforms or join Realms on Minecraft for PlayStation, you will need to link a Microsoft account to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account. Here is how to do that.

How to connect your Microsoft account to PlayStation in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

Launch Minecraft on your PlayStation.

Select Sign in with a Microsoft account on the title screen.

Visit the code redemption site on a browser.

Input the code that your game is displaying.

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want associated with your PlayStation account.

Note: only one Microsoft account can be associated with any PlayStation account at any one time. If the account you are trying to sign into has already been linked, you will need to use a different one.

Please try these steps.

If the error in Minecraft on PlayStation indicates that there is a connected account and you do not remember the information, it means that the account is linked to your PlayStation Network account. To solve this, you need to unlink the Microsoft account from the game and then try to link it again.

How to unlink and relink:

1. Unlink:

Access the Minecraft settings menu on PlayStation.
