How do I find the password ]and email of an account that was deleted off of my xbox.

Since you don't remember your account email, I recommend that you fill out the account recovery form, that way you will send a ticket to the Microsoft account recovery team.

You can try all the emails you remember, or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Thanks for those suggestions. Presumably if i change my details to nothing/garbage, and change the password to something i'll forget, the email account may be deleted through non use. I just deleted my yahoo email account, but there was an option to do this.
I just couldn't find it for the live account. I'll have another look.

So...How do I find the settings on my old computer. And I have to use the same "old" email in Xbox on the new computer, right? and the same MS account password?

So this happened to me and I fixed it by clearing cache once and then deleting the account only (keep the items) and then turned off the Xbox. Then I proceeded to reset my password and turning my xbox back on. Then sign in to the account and fill out the
email and password and POOF! I signed on to Xbox live.
