    How do I find out suspension details when the enforcement page is blank?


    In the GamePass app and on the main Xbox support page, it says my account has been suspended, and links me to the enforcement page, which just says "No suspensions." under both active and historical enforcement actions. How can I tell what the enforcement action is about if the enforcement page is empty? The page also says I should also receive an email and a message on Xbox Live telling me details, but I have not.

    The last thing I did before seeing this was report one of those bots that spam onlyfans links in a mass chat, but I did not reply; I only reported them, saw their message was swiftly deleted, then deleted the chat.

    What you're seeing is a notification glitch. If you can sign in and play online, and there's nothing listed on the enforcement site, then you're not actually suspended.

    When I tap the message it open the enforcement page link but I can't sign in and it didn't show me anything about my account

    the enforcement page will have all details regarding suspensions, etc. I recommend logging into that and appealing if there was no wrong doing.

    Details should also have been sent to the email address of the account that received enforcement action. I'd recommend checking the Enforcement page (http://enforcement.xbox.com) from the account in question as well as the details on the "How do I?" FAQ
    page here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howTo#sub-topic0-0. You should also check out the Case Review page if you feel the action is unjust for some reason or not violating the Code of Conduct. In addition, 24 hour suspensions do you qualify for
    a case review.
