How do I find out my accounts email, username, AND password?

I’ve been trying to sign into my Minecraft account on PlayStation for months but it is permanently attached to a Microsoft account I do not recognize and frankly don’t think exists. The only thing i have to go off is “BelatedSet55646”, a completely unfamiliar name. How do I find this account so I can just play this game with my friends? What’s supposed to be simple has just been a huge roadblock I can do nothing about

Unless you wrote it down somewhere you wouldn't be able to just find out your current password.

I have already tried using this - it only reveals 2 letters of my original username though. Is there a way to sign in to that account using the password from the recovery tool?

No it was not useful. You guys are never useful. All you know is to be useless.
