How do I find my lost controller?

I have an Xbox controller I use for mobile. (The new one, not an old 360 controller) but I lost it. I don’t have an Xbox so I can’t use one to find it. How do I find it on mobile?

1. contact the shipping company: The shipping company should be able to track the shipment of your controller. If they don't have it, they can help you initiate an investigation. If not, you may be able to sue.

2. Contact Microsoft. Microsoft should be able to provide you with more information about the status of your repair.

try headset for cortana.. if controller is turned off.. then you have to find it manual only..

That will only work if the controller is switched on, if it's turned off, then it wont work.

f you've lost your controller, the Xbox One
will now allow you to locate it through the console. Asking the console to locate it through Kinect will activate the vibration sensor in the controller, and while that's not much
it could be just enough noise and vibration to help you find your missing accessory.

Try doing that with Cortana.
