how do i file an appeal on a suspension

Once a console is banned then that ban will never be reversed,even if you bought the console 2nd hand.

That's the reason you never buy a used console until you've seen it connect to Xbox live.

2. If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements for. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

3. Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

4. If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

5. After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

?but like... how? how do you find the pop up... or is it cuz mines not eligible

What happens if you buy a 360 console that has been banned. Can it be unbanned? I have never had a mark on my account. I'm trying to put together a system link system but its scary buying consoles knowing Microsoft bombs its own consoles. You don't know if the used 360 console is junk until you try to connect on-line. I understand now why they sell so cheap. Microsoft could increase its own value by not shooting itself in the foot and offer new owners of older controllers a easy fix.
