How do I factory reset without deleting any of my accounts data

A factory reset will remove your account from the console, but your account information is stored on the servers. As long as you know your login information, you won't lose it.

To wipe it do a full factory reset. The account will still be able to be used on the other Xbox, without any loss of data.

What does factory resetting it do?

The Factory Rest will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. But please make sure to select Reset and keep my games & apps. I understand you are having issues with game data saves, this code is an indicator that you may not have the space, you may want to check and see if you have enough space for more data to be saved and if your space is low I would suggest deleting any old
saved data, if you have not done so already.

If that does not help try doing a soft reset, which deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
