    i am stuck on the "Change Xbox Gamertag" and i cant leave it even if i go to "https://social.xbox.com/profile" and i would like to know how to leave the screen

    Have you tried using another browser or clearing your browser cache data?

    Access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

    To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

    You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

    As regards Exit he comes and goes, always changing his gamertag, stating he did it for free, I believe he has not been seen for a while though, and yes he did change, he got worse!!

    No one on the forums can change your GT for you. You would have to change it yourself, check out How to Change Your
    Xbox Gamertag     for instructions on how to do so. You will also have to pay for the change. I believe it is $10 USD for a new gamertag.
