When you are redirected to that website means you are using a minor's account.

Your Xbox account age starts from the Date of Birth you entered when creating your profile online.

Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

If your Date of Birth is correct, try adding a payment method and billing information to your Microsoft Account.

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.

You can add or edit payment options here.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.

How do i find out if its a child account and which adult account it is?

If your MS account is a child account, the connected adult account will need to provide the appropriate permissions.

I was trying to chat with one of my friends on the xbox app and when i selected who i want to talk to it says that this feature is restricted or something and to change my settings on xbox.com in privacy and online safety but i cant find that feature anywhere
in the website and my ipad acount and xbox account are seprate so i cant change it from there either please help me!!!
