How do I downloaded my texture packs?

I bought two texture packs and it keeps telling me there was a problem downloading and to try again later. I downloaded the game again after reinstalling it and it told me the same thing, then it told me to check my internet connection. I was connected to the internet, I don't know what to do. I feel life I've done all I can do so far.

I'm getting the message from a Samsung tablet, I'm not sure if it needed to update but I think the issue is solved.

So it seems that if you installed the game disk before you installed the Texture Pack, it messes up. I uninstalled the texture pack and uninstalled the multiplayer disk. I then installed the texture pack and then installed the disk. While installing the
texture pack, there were no hiccups. The download did not stop, it flawlessly downloaded. I then installed the multiplayer disk back on my system. It seems this fixed the problem.
