I purchased a game saints row the third remastered on my Xbox one system but it wasn’t working right so I got a refund. Am I able to download the game again?

:)

Yes, you can buy and play the game again.

But what was the problem the game was having?

if you purchase again then yes, but don't go for another refund if you do.

I recommend checking out Saints Row, Saints Row II, Saints Row: The Third, and Saints Row IV. All great open world video games to play on the 360.
