can somone PLEASE tell me how to buy and download Daytona USA to xbox1. I have gone to marketplace and it only shows 360.

You should be able to download the digital version from marketplace directly onto your Xbox One as it is a backwards compatible title.

The digital titles that you own and are part of the Back Compat game catalog will automatically show up in the “Ready to Install” section on your Xbox One. For disc-based games that are a part of the Back Compat game catalog, insert the disc and the console
will begin downloading the game to your hard drive. After the game has downloaded to your hard drive, users will still need to keep the game disc in the drive to play.

Yes. Since it's a backwards compatible game, you would be buying the 360 game but it will work on the One.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get this neat racing game. It looks like that game was taken off of the Xbox one and Microsoft Marketplace, and the only way to download it may be to purchase it off of a 360 if you're unable to
purchase it
here.

Otherwise, the only other way to install it would be through disc.
