To give you a heads up, when unlinking an account it is very important that you have access to the Microsoft account that you want to unlink from an account.

The first thing that we need to do is to recover the Microsoft account first and once you regain access to it, that's the time to unlink the account smoothly.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'm afraid each Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN account and vice versa. If the Microsoft account you are trying to sign into has already been linked, you will need to use a different one.

Or you can also try to recover your old PSN account, you will need to reach out to PlayStation support https://www.playstation.com/support/

I'm sorry but as per Mojang "Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation 4 account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account."
