How do i disable the content filter on the xbox app?

The system filters the content automatically based on your age.
If you’re not an adult or if your current age (the one in your Microsoft account) is below the required age to see that content
Unfortunately is not possible to bypass this

I think I might have found the issue, my network provider has a content filter active and that might be interfering. Do you know what I might need to disable for the filter?

Please go to https://family.microsoft.com/ and click on his account. Please check if screen time limit is enabled - try to disable it. In Content filters > Apps & games, try to select "Any age" or have you already selected that? Did you mean about that "Content restrictions - Apply age filters - allow all content"?

I am afraid that there's no such option to block or to disable downloading on your console. Though, we can filter the contents that the they can play or download by putting a content filters on the account. It is available on Microsoft Family for added members to it.

In the Ubee, go to Content FIltering and disable IP Flood Detection and FIrewall Protection.
