    How do I determine what account is charging my Debit Card?

    I am receiving a monthly charge to my debit card, and do not see it on my Microsoft account.

    All I see is: Transaction Inquiry for transaction Microsoft*Ultimate 1 Mont msbill.info WA

    My MS account only shows: Microsoft 365 Family - Next charge on August 19, 2023, $99.99 plus applicable taxes

    Why am i getting charged for $0.99 multiple times without even buying anything?

    This is exactly what's happened to me today! I was charged 0.99 multiple times to my debit card when I don't even have this debit card connected to my Microsoft account. I'm not the only one with this issue and nobody else has this debit card number as I've never used it for Microsoft or anything else because it's a new debit card. Microsoft has some explaining to do! Did you ever resolve this issue or did the charges ever disappear for you?

    I have charges on my debit card for xbox live. I do not even know what an xbx live is. I have had charges in September and now October.

    How do I cancel this> when I do not subscribe??? Do I trust that when I change my debit card the xbox charge will stop> Or continue?

    Fraudulent Charges

    Unless the charge is on your account that you own then you can not dispute the charges with Microsoft. Your best option is to dispute the charges with your credit/debit card company and let them handle the dispute with Microsoft. This is what they do
    as a financial institution. It's is a lot easier to dispute credit card charges rather than debit card, takes less time.

    Can't purchase Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard version using my Microsoft Account balance

    Then why did it charge my entire debit card when my account balance was just $60 when I first purchased it? I had to make a refund soon after the purchase. It should have charged everything from my account balance and cover the rest of the payment from my debit card.
